Brought my bike in a few weeks ago first day they reopened service post covid. They took care of me the same day. I've been going here about 8 years now for servicing on my motorcycle and never been ripped off for great service. They always give great advice and helped me make informed decisions. They have done my oil changes, major services after like break in periods for both bikes I have, tire changes. They also knock the socks off the competition and there's a reason why they average so high on google reviews. You think you are saving money going somewhere else but when you go cheap you end up paying double. I do not have any experience purchasing a vehicle from them but I would not see a reason not to. Ignore the negative reviews these people are probably low lives like a lot of people and want something for nothing.

Awesome experience with Crossbay Honda. Called them about a bike I wanted before it was released in America. Salesman Jerry promised to call me first when they got the bike, and he did. Getting the new bike home from the dealership was a breeze. Make sure you go in with all necessary paperwork needed. Jerry was kind enough to give me a bungee net when I told him I forgot mine at home, and had nothing to tie down the bag I was carrying. Will go there again for another new bike should something caught my eyes again.

Found the Can Am spyder on FB Market Place, Sal answered all my DM's, made a appointment, the bike was what I was looking for purchased, but haven't rode it, as soon as the weather changes I'll be in the wind, and oh yeah thanks Jerry for putting the paperwork together and getting me out the door!!!!!

I purchased the Suzuki M109 Boulevard from Crossbay Motorsports in Howard Beach. The service was excellent and the salesman (Jimmy) was super knowledgeable and helpful. I could not be more happy with my bike. It sounds and rides beautifully. I definitely recommend buying a bike from there.

Bought a used Suzuki Blvd, Happy with the purchase and the process. Went in the morning had the bike in my driveway by mid afternoon. I worked with Sal and Jimmy, very professional. Jimmy is a nice guy, conversational, we talked about the bike, it was a done deal. If you know what you want, go there, talk to Sal or Jimmy, I'm happy.

I was thoroughly impressed by the professionalism, efficiency and friendly-manor of the staff members. I met with Frank Cirasola who is head of parts and he helped me a great deal with understanding and fixing the issue. Overall my experience at Cross Bay Honda was exceptional and would definitely recommend them.
